Our business model is unique because all lessons are conducted in our students' homes or online. All instructors are managed remotely by our owner and administrative team, and our customers get exceptional service because we have a team solely dedicated to coordinating your lesson experience.

NEW GUIDELINES FOR IN-HOME LESSONS AND PORCH LESSONS:
In order to protect the health of teachers, students, and the families of our students, we have created some new guidelines for how in-home lessons will be conducted. You can find them listed below.
Teachers will wash their hands before beginning the lesson, and also before leaving the home after the lesson ends.
Students will need to wash their hands before and after the lesson as well.
Teachers will be wearing masks during the lesson.
We are also asking that pianos and keyboards be wiped down before the lesson. We recommend wiping them down after the lesson is concluded as well. Teachers will have wipes on hand just in case.
We are encouraging students to wear a mask during their lesson, however it is not required. The teacher will be maintaining a 6 foot social distance as much as possible during the lesson.

Our new in-home guidelines have been based off of information from Floridahealth.gov
Email is our primary method of communication and billing. By signing this agreement you opt-in to receive all Musician Makers, LLC emails. Please open all emails from Musician Makers to stay up to date on important announcements regarding your student's lessons.
Invoices serve as prepayment for services rendered in a 30 day period. The amount due is not a monthly flat fee. It is determined by the lessons that are scheduled for the upcoming month. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR LESSONS THAT ARE CANCELED AS LONG AS YOU GIVE PROPER NOTICE. Please see the cancellation policy below for more details.
All invoices will be sent via email. Invoices will include a link for payment. You can pay your invoice with a credit or debit card directly from the email, or you can pay your invoice by logging into the student portal. We highly recommend using the student portal to pay to avoid potential late fees. Please see Auto Pay & Late fee sections below for more details.
Customer will be charged for any lessons that are rescheduled or canceled with less than 24 hours notice. If more than 24 hours notice is given, you will not be charged and lessons can be rescheduled at your convenience. If you are not able to reschedule a canceled lesson, there will still be no charge. Cancellations due to illness will not incur a fee, no matter the notice given. Our system will automatically calculate the amount for your next bill based upon your previous payment and the number of lessons given during the previous month.
We offer auto pay as a payment option. With auto pay your invoice will still be sent on the first of each month for you to review, however you will not need to re-enter your card information for payment. The card saved to your account will be automatically charged when the invoice is sent. If you would like to sign up for autopay please reach out to our team via phone or email.
Invoices will be received on the first of the month and are due upon receipt. Any invoice over 7 days past due will be subject to a late fee of $15.00.
Refunds owed for discontinued lessons will be disbursed upon the customers request. Customer will have a period of 60 days to schedule lessons to use the balance, or request a refund. After 60 days, the positive balance on your account expires.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY:
I hereby release, discharge and agree not to sue Musician Makers LLC, its directors, or employees for any injury, death or damage to or loss of personal property arising out of or in connection with my child's participation in any lessons or events from whatever cause, including the active or passive negligence of Musician Makers LLC owners, staff or any other participants of Musician Makers LLC.
In consideration for being permitted to participate in private lessons, I hereby agree, for my child, my heirs, administrators, executors and assigns, that I shall indemnify and hold harmless Musician Makers LLC from any and all claims, demands, actions or suits arising out of our connection with my child's participation in any of Musician Makers LLC events.
I agree to not leave any child under the age of 18 years alone in my home with an instructor or representative of Musician Makers LLC.
I agree to permit Musician Makers LLC to share and repost photographs taken by parents during lessons or staff during performance events without further recourse.
I understand that by voluntarily filling out the Musician Makers LLC sign up form, I release any personal information contained in said form and permit Musician Makers LLC to store it in a secure online database for the purposes of billing, scheduling and organization.
I affirm that I have read, understand and agree to be bound by the term and conditions of this contract for music instruction through Musician Makers LLC. I fully understand that failure to abide by this contract will result in termination of this agreement and lessons will be discontinued immediately. I understand that I can also review these policies any time online at www.musicianmakerslessons.com.
I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS, AGREEMENT NOT TO SUE, AND MEDIA RELEASE, AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT IT IS A FULL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY AND I SIGN IT FREELY.
