REGISTER FOR THE RECITAL

Performers will need to arrive 15 minutes prior to their show's start time.

THIS SHOW TIME IS FOR AGES 5-10 ONLY

What Instrument(s) will you be playing at the recital?

You will still need to fill out the registration form for additional performers. We can put siblings together regardless of age if preferred.

By signing below I am acknowledging that I understand there is a $50 recital fee for 1 performer and a $60 fee if I register more than one performer. I understand that this charge will be added to my account and is non-refundable after April 7th.

You will still need to register any additional performers. We can place siblings in the same showtime regardless of age if that is preferred.
